Concurrent upgrades to the water and sewer lines are underway and projected to continue through Summer 2023, improving services for all areas east of the Intracoastal. During this period, traffic rerouting will occur as required to facilitate the subterranean water and sewer improvements, impacting areas like 17th Street, the 17th Street Ramp access road, and Harbour Inlet Drive.
